Post 1- Full time- fixed term post for 12 months
Post 2- Part time- 25 hours per week/ Permanent
Salary- £24,597 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role
You will provide a professional and efficient front of house service support for all staff, students and visitors to the University, ensuring a safe and secure environment through effective key control and locking and unlocking procedures, as well as liaising with internal maintenance as appropriate.
An exemplary level of customer service is what we strive for and it will be your role to assist in achieving this. The role is a busy one and requires the ability to be flexible.
Under the guidance and support of the Reception Services Manager, this role will ensure that the welcome and help provided to staff, students and visitors is warm and reflects our core values.
