The Department of Systemic Cellular Neurobiology at KIT is a international team developing brain organoids to understand basic principles underlying human brain development as well as modeling diverse neurological disorders with the goal to develop therapies. Your responsibilities will include the following key tasks:Organizing administrative processes within the department (especially ordering lab materials and the associated administrative tasks)Organizing laboratory operations, particularly coordinating and performing maintenance, ensuring and implementing safety-related measures, and organizing waste disposalPerforming laboratory work, especially handling routine tasks such as mammalian cell culture, sample preparation, training new users on specific equipment and lab procedures, as well as documenting and analyzing experimental data
Salary
Salary category 7 TV-L, depending on the fulfillment of professional and personal requirements.
