As part of their commitment to excellence they have developed/offer the very best training from their centre in Birmingham to aid companies in developing highly skilled apprentices.
The ROLEThe successful Technical Tutor will be required:* Deliver lessons/training to up to 12 pupils.* Develop training plans.* Guide and teach apprentices in a workshop environment.* Assess learners progress and deliver constructive feedback to all interested parties.
There are two Technical Tutors required.
One teaching Electrical Installation the other Mechanical Maintenance and Fluid Power.
The CANDIDATEOur client is looking for strong applicants with a desire to impart knowledge allied to the following skill set:* Appropriate qualification.* Mentoring/training/teaching/instructing background is not essential but would be advantageous.* Manufacturing/Engineering Industry Experience.
