Description of the position:
Within the Engineering Product performance Department of Sigmatech, international R&D Centre of Plastic Omnium, you will contribute to the sustainability roadmap of IES Division and increase of the recycled content by studying how the waste selection is affecting the performances of the recycled plastics grades
Main missions:
In the context of our carbon footprint reduction strategy, the objective is to propose high recycled content in product.
However, how to increase the recycled content without decreasing high quality standard of the automotive when recycled material are based on wastes from various streams including household sources?
The study will aim to understand the direct link between the formulation of the waste stream used and their impact on the performance of the materials (processability, appearance, paint adhesion and bonding) to provide clear guidelines to our material suppliers.

Compensation & Benefits
Gross annual salary according to profile + profit-sharing + participation to the company restaurant + transportation allowance. Our R&D Centre also has access to a gym and concierge service.
