<b>Job Description</b><p><b>Research Manager to Director</b></p><p><b>Warwick, 2 days a week on-site</b></p><p><b>Up to £65,000 plus benefits</b></p><p></p><p>The Company:</p><p>Working for one of the top companies in their industry, you will join the Insights team managing clients and coaching internal teams.<br></p><p>The Role:</p><p>As a Research Manager, you will be responsible for:</p><p>- Understanding clients requirements and challenges, then delivering insights and presenting findings back </p><p>- Talking through research and delivering advice back to the business</p><p>- Collaborating with internal teams and working cross-functionally with clients </p><p>- Running Brand tracking programmes</p><p>As a Research Director, you will have senior direct reports so experience is required. </p><p></p><p>Skills/Requirements:</p><p>- Excel experience is needed</p><p>- Brand tracking experience is required </p><p>- Strong communication </p><p>- Quantitative Research experience is needed </p><p></p><p>Interview Process:</p><p>1st Stage = Initial chat with Lead </p><p>2nd Stage = Insights task/presentation</p>
