This is a new role in their customer success function where youll be hands on in analysing qualitative and quantitative data.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Research Manager Will Have The Following Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Deliver insights to customers and act as the key point of contact for day to day queries</li><li>Analyse data pulled from clients, both qualitative and quantitative</li><li>Develop routine reports for clients</li><li>Develop and manage customer relationships</li><li>Act as the voice of the product and ambassador of the brand, helping with road mapping and data analysis</li><li>Work with internal AI powered tools</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Skills And Experience</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The ideal Research Manager will have:</p><ul><li>Strong background working with market research</li><li>Experience working with both qual and quant market research experience</li><li>Great communicator</li><li>Experience working for a research platform beneficial</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Benefits:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A salary up to £60k</li><li>Commission scheme</li><li>Hybrid working</li><li>Pension</li><li>Other great benefits</li></ul>
