<p><strong>Recruitment Researcher Trading, Portfolio Management.</strong></p><p><br><br>Ready to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.<br></p><p>Algo Capital Group is seeking a researcher to join our team; this candidate will own end-to-end research recruitment for all talent pipelines and inbound applications.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The position will be managing recruitment research end to end, managing all pipelines and searches for our clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities.</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive research on financial markets, quantitative trading strategies, and industry trends.</li><li>Working on searches for candidates for trading, quant trading, trading technology and ML.</li><li>Write and craft compelling email campaigns.</li><li>Develop compelling content for our social media platforms, company blog, and other digital channels.</li><li>Running administration for campaigns and consultants in the business.</li><li>Implement and manage our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence.</li><li>Analyze content performance and optimize for maximum engagement.</li><li>Own the CRM and data, manage any automation and simplify processes.</li><li>Manage reporting for the business and key data trends.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications.</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field</li><li>1+ years of experience in financial research or content marketing, preferably in the fintech or quantitative finance sector</li><li>Strong understanding of financial markets.</li><li>Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.</li></ul>
