We have a number of opportunities across our teams for people already working in the social market research space in the UK. You must have current experience in the UK Social Research market as well as experience that is relevant to our positions and be able to demonstrate skills that align with the social research sector and our clients. About the opportunity We have opportunities for Research Managers and Senior Research Executives to join our research teams in the following groups: Education focused projects Energy and environment, regulation and business focused projects. We are a mixed methods agency though welcome candidates who have a preference for quantitative or qualitative methods, as long as youre willing to build your skill and exposure across the board. You will have the opportunity to build your career at IFF, with a dedicated training portal that has seen significant investment and development to provide our team with skills ranging from basic to innovative and industry leading. We use internal skill and knowledge to develop and deliver our MRS accredited training as well as external training opportunities to ensure you can grow you career the way you want to. You will also be able to work with the T&D Director to help design and eventually deliver training to the wider research team. Youll be given the opportunity to work on a number of projects within your team, which will provide you route to build managerial, financial, project and client skills. And work on a variety of projects to ensure you are exposed to different clients and deliverables. Working alongside our Directors you’ll attend new business pitches and work with the senior team to develop and build on success within your sectors as well as developing your career and expertise. These are roles for people who enjoys the pace of agency research and are keen to apply their skills and develop their knowledge on a range of projects with a variety of colleagues. You’ll be currently working at a similar level or will be able to demonstrate to us that you have the right experience to step into this role. As above, you may have worked in either quant or qual but are keen for more of a balance in your research strategy skills. Experience delivering surveys would be ideal and you may have some evaluation experience but certainly will have a base knowledge and want to develop that understanding as we grow our expertise in this area. Our people have great communication skills, both written and verbal, and you’ll be a leader with integrity and an approachable and collaborative style. You should have some experience of managing others and be able to manage several projects concurrently, work under pressure and react positively as requirements change.
