Workplace Tutor (Food Science and Technology)
Salary: £33,045 - £38,026 per annum

About the Role
This is a new and exciting opportunity to join the Food Science and Technology team in the School of Animal, Rural and Environmental Sciences. As the Schools Workplace Tutor you will a key point of contact alongside the Course Leaders for our apprenticeship learners in both Further and Higher Education. You will be responsible for maintaining an excellent working relationship with employers and play your part in ensuring the continuing success of our courses. You will ensure apprenticeship and Ofsted compliance by carrying out mandatory workplace checks of our students. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in other aspects of the students learning such as teaching sessions. If you think you have the skills, knowledge and personal attributes to work alongside our academic team, students and employers we want to hear from you. We are especially keen to hear from individuals who have experience in Food Science and Technology or apprenticeships. For more details, please take a look at the role profile.
