Club Development Coordinator
Grade F (£28,608 - £32,089 p.a. pro rata)
Permanent role, 37 hours per week.
Hybrid role with main work base at Clifton Campus with some travel required to City Campus and external club sites.
About the Role
As a Club Development Coordinator at NTU Sport you will be working with sports clubs and committees, supporting key volunteers within these committees to continue to grow and retain their members and club offer.
You will be responsible for delivering projects that meet our departmental aims of increasing student participation and assist with improving NTU's success in competitive sport.
Working as part of the NTU Sport team, you will undertake a wide range of duties including:
- Undertaking the management and supervision of nominated sports clubs and their activities.
- Guiding and supporting sports clubs to drive the development of their clubs, ensuring they are forward thinking and inclusive when completing their club development plans and club budgets.
- Taking a lead role in the delivery of sports club elections and by-elections, working in collaboration with the NTU students' union.
- Supporting with key events including committee training, BUCS fixtures/events, performance development days and varsity.

Our Equestrian Centre at Brackenhurst features both indoor and outdoor arenas and holds a variety of events throughout the year, including unaffiliated and affiliated dressage competitions, and unaffiliated show jumping.
