Skills
I bring a versatile set of skills shaped by international research, policy engagement, and community-based work. My core strengths include policy analysis, qualitative research, and cross-cultural facilitation—skills developed through collaborations with organizations such as UNDP, UNESCO, and grassroots networks. I have experience preparing diplomatic reports, synthesizing complex data for publication, and coordinating multi-stakeholder events. I am proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, R (intermediate), and SPSS (beginner), and I have a working knowledge of WordPress and Adobe Illustrator for communication purposes.
About
I am a multilingual and interdisciplinary professional with academic training in International Relations and Development Studies. I recently completed a Master’s degree in Global Governance and Social Theory at the University of Bremen, where I specialized in environmental governance, climate justice, and global policy.
My professional experience spans international institutions, civil society, and research centers. I’ve worked with UNESCO, UNDP, and the Institute of Intercultural and International Studies, contributing to policy-oriented research, cultural diplomacy, and sustainability-focused projects. I’ve co-authored strategic reports and supported field-based and institutional initiatives across Latin America, Africa, and Europe.
A commitment to decolonial approaches and inclusive, community-driven development guides my academic and professional path. I bring advanced qualitative research skills, cross-cultural communication, and a strong understanding of participatory governance frameworks.
With a passion for bridging local knowledge and global policy, I aim to contribute to initiatives that foster environmental resilience and strengthen justice-centered governance at multiple scales.
