About
My name is Fekede Bekele Hora, and I am an academic professional with a strong interdisciplinary background in economics and history. I hold a Master of Science in Development Economics from Wollega University (2023) and a Master’s Degree in History from Jimma University (2015). In addition, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from 2020 Open College (2015) and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in History from Bahir Dar University (2010).
Currently, I serve as an instructor at Wollega University, where I am engaged in teaching, academic research, and student mentorship. My academic training has equipped me with a solid foundation in economic analysis, development theory, historical research, and interdisciplinary approaches to understanding socio-economic issues.
I have developed strong skills in research, data analysis, critical thinking, and academic writing, with particular interest in development economics, economic policy, and historical perspectives on development. My diverse educational background allows me to approach problems from multiple angles and contribute meaningfully to both teaching and research environments.
I am committed to continuous learning, academic excellence, and contributing to knowledge that supports sustainable development and societal progress.
