I am an experienced social scientist with over 15 years of progressive experience in health development, program operations, monitoring and evaluation, and research. I currently serve as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer with Chemonics, supporting the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program in Zambia. In this role, I contribute to data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting, which helps strengthen decision-making across HIV/AIDS, malaria, family planning, and maternal and child health programs.
Throughout my career, I have held key roles in program support, logistics coordination, and capacity building with organizations such as Marie Stopes Zambia and various development consultancies. My expertise includes designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks, conducting risk analysis and monitoring, assessing data quality, coordinating large-scale field studies, and facilitating organizational learning processes.
I hold a Master of Public Health in Population Studies and Global Health, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies, and in the final level of my Master of Science in Monitoring and Evaluation. I am passionate about evidence-based decision-making, committed to advancing public health outcomes, and strengthening institutional capacity in resource-limited settings.
