About
I am a Master’s student in Geology with solid research training in hydroclimatology and cryosphere–climate interactions. My work investigates climate-driven changes in alpine lakes, focusing on ice formation dynamics and the influence of extreme meteorological events. I am proficient in remote sensing, quantitative data analysis, and programming, and have applied advanced machine learning techniques such as Random Forest to evaluate environmental drivers of hydrological variability. I have independently designed and carried out research projects, with one article under review, and have strong skills in scientific writing and presentation. My combination of analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and interdisciplinary perspective enables me to contribute effectively to projects addressing climate change, hydrology, and environmental systems.
