I have skills in molecular biology, plant biotechnology, and various laboratory techniques such as DNA manipulation, quantification of phenolic compounds, characterization of phenolic and sterol profiles of olive oils, evaluation of the antioxidant properties of these oils (UHPLC-ESI / QTOF-MS c, ORAC and FRAP tests). I also master database management and statistical analysis.

I am Mbarka BENMOHAMED, a PhD holder in Biological Sciences, obtained in 2018 from the Faculty of Sciences of Bizerte, Tunisia.
My research has focused on the study and characterization of different olive tree varieties cultivated in Tunisia.
I worked as a Research associate than as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Tunisia on a project: Valorization of olive oil production in Southern Tunisia under water and heat stress.
