About
Mehdi, a seasoned Creative Director and Designer with over 20 years of experience in the field of visual communication design and graphic design, graduated from the art school of graphic design in 1997. They then pursued further education, obtaining a bachelor's degree in art, a master's degree in visual communication design, and a PhD in 2012 from the University of Mysore.
Currently, Mehdi holds the position of Assistant Professor and faculty member of the board in the Graphic Design Department at Cyprus International University. There, they impart their extensive knowledge and expertise to students. Simultaneously, Mehdi serves as the Creative Director and Brand Head for a prominent global company, spearheading branding strategy, brand development, and various design projects.
With a diverse skill set encompassing environmental graphic design, signage and wayfinding design, digital media design, UI/UX design for apps and web, calligraphy/typography, and more, Mehdi is a versatile professional who excels in both traditional and digital design mediums. Their passion for innovation and commitment to excellence make them a valuable asset in the field of visual communication design.
