About
I am a Master's graduate in Applied and Engineering Physics from the Technical University of Munich, with a strong focus on biomedical imaging, radiation physics, and computational modelling.
During my Master's thesis, I worked on grating-based X-ray imaging. I developed deep learning and conventional methods for denoising and signal reconstruction. The work focused on recovering physically meaningful signals and evaluating performance with quantitative metrics.
I also have experience with MRI-based modelling and segmentation. I built 3D anatomical models and applied neural networks for structure reconstruction. For my Bachelor's thesis, I experienced statistical data analysis in particle physics experiments using ROOT, C++, and Python.
I am proficient in Python (PyTorch, NumPy, SciPy), MATLAB, and C/C++, with experience in scientific computing, data processing, and version control. Additionally, have gained practical experience in IT support, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and asset management in a corporate environment.
I am interested in research and technical roles at the intersection of medical imaging, radiation physics, and machine learning.
