About
I am a highly motivated Biological Sciences undergraduate at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with strong practical experience in laboratory research, parasitology, microbiology, and public health–oriented projects. My academic training is complemented by hands-on internships in clinical and research laboratories, where I have applied Good Clinical Laboratory Practices, assisted in molecular and parasitological analyses, and collaborated on multidisciplinary research projects.
I have conducted independent and collaborative research, including an experimental study evaluating the anti-inflammatory activity of Tamarindus indica, culminating in a defended dissertation and scientific poster presentation. Beyond research, I demonstrate leadership and innovation through co-founding a smart first aid solution (SmartAid) and serving as Quality Assurance Head for an environmental sustainability initiative focused on eco-friendly packaging.
I am passionate about infectious diseases, immunology, parasitology, data analysis, and sustainable health solutions. I thrive in team-oriented environments, enjoy mentoring peers, and consistently seek opportunities to apply scientific knowledge to real-world health and environmental challenges.
