About
My work is driven by a commitment to advancing health research on quality, safety, and equitable access to treatments, particularly at the intersection of transplantation, women’s health, and global health.
With a background in Nursing and a Master’s degree in Science, I have built my career at the intersection of research, healthcare practice, and innovation. Over the years, I have collaborated with researchers, healthcare professionals, industry partners, and regulatory authorities, gaining experience in interdisciplinary environments where scientific knowledge, care practices, and new technologies come together.
Currently, I am pursuing a PhD focusing on uterus transplantation as a treatment for uterine infertility. My research explores this emerging field through scientific, ethical, and social perspectives, addressing themes such as women’s health, patient safety, bioethics, quality of care, and innovation in healthcare systems.
More than an academic project, this research reflects a broader interest in strengthening quality and safety in healthcare, promoting equitable access to treatments, and contributing to more inclusive and evidence-informed health policies from a global health perspective.
I am particularly motivated by collaborative and interdisciplinary environments where complex scientific knowledge can be translated into meaningful strategies, practical solutions, and impactful partnerships.
