About
I'm an AI researcher driven by a simple question: how can machines learn from complex data to solve real problems? My work sits at the intersection of deep learning, healthcare, and predictive modeling—building models that actually work when data is messy, limited, or uncertain.
My Master's research on drug-target prediction using Graph Neural Networks sparked a lasting interest in applying AI to life sciences and medicine. Since then, I've been developing deep learning architectures for medical imaging, survival analysis, and personalized recommendation systems. I believe the best research is reproducible and useful—which is why I've contributed to open-source tools like PySERA and AllMetrics that help others do better science.
Beyond my research, I enjoy teaching and mentoring students, which has taught me to communicate complex ideas clearly and think from different perspectives.
I'm now seeking a PhD position where I can deepen my expertise in machine learning, explore new questions in medical AI and predictive analytics, and grow as a researcher in a supportive, intellectually challenging environment.
