About the Role
We are pleased to offer you the great opportunity of a Project Support Officer to join our team delivering digital projects that matter. You’ll be supporting the administration, planning and coordination across a range of initiatives, working closely with experienced portfolio and project managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
As a Project Support Officer, you’ll be at the heart of project delivery supporting Portfolio and Project Managers with tools, reporting, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You’ll contribute to the development of project documentation, manage configuration of key materials, and help maintain dashboards and collaboration sites that showcase our work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to be an important colleague involved in fast-paced, exciting change initiatives and to grow your skills in project management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and analyse management information reports for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain project reporting and challenge incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Support with the evolution of project management practices and tools.
- Have the opportunity to coordinate workstreams within larger projects.
- Provide administrative support including meeting planning and minute taking.
- Assist with post-project reviews and lessons learned.
- Contribute to dashboard development.
