At KIT, we are pursuing the development of luminescent core-shell nanocrystals for applications in photovoltaics, for example as spectral conversion layers. Within the scope of this project, you will have the following tasks:Synthesis of luminescent core-shell nanomaterials (oxides and fluorides)Optical characterisation of samples Publication of research resultsEstablishing contact with interested cooperation partners from industry. This is within the framework of the Solar TAP project, a Helmholtz initiative to accelerate the use of novel printed layers for photovoltaic technologies.
Salary
Salary category 13 TV-L, depending on the fulfillment of professional and personal requirements.
