Job description
The Junior Researcher will support tasks related to the preparation of a Report on Best Practices, organizing a regional Conference, preparing Policy Briefs, and performing an Impact Analysis, with some light teaching. Responsibilities include (1) identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing best practices in cross-border health care cooperation; (2) contributing to comparative and impact-oriented analysis of resource pooling initiatives; (3) co-authoring two policy briefs targeted at practitioners and policymakers; and (4) supporting the organization and implementation of a project conference.
Your profile
The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology, or a related field, strong analytical and writing skills, a solid understanding of EU governance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently within an international research team; experience with European or cross-border policy contexts and proficiency in German and/or Dutch are not required but desired.
Our offer
The position is part time, 20 hours per week for up to 20 months. The salary scale is 10.0.
