Full time, fixed term contact for 12 months
About the Role
As Examinations and Graduation Administrator, you will play a key role in creating smooth, stress-free experiences for students and staff during exams and graduation.
What will you do?
- Plan and deliver: Organise exams and graduation events from start to finish, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Be the problem-solver: Handle queries from students and staff, providing clear, helpful answers.
- Keep things accurate: Maintain records and data with precision.
- Collaborate and communicate: Work with teams across the university, brief staff and volunteers, and keep everyone informed.
- Improve and innovate: Spot opportunities to make processes better and help shape the best student experience.
