Service Desk Analyst
£28,608 Salary per annum
This will be a full-time role of 37 hours a per week, Monday – Friday.
You may be required to be part of a call out rota.
About the Role

We seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our high-performing and friendly Service Desk team. Make a significant impact by delivering essential support to staff and students on various IT services, contributing to our outstanding reputation for customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, acting as an escalation point for the Service Desk team.
- User account, shared resource and permissions administration using vendor-supplied tools and services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting solutions and supporting knowledge sharing across teams.
- Coordinate major incidents and liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless operation for staff and students.

Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence to independently resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft and Apple OS, and Office365 administration.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills in a high-volume IT support environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Ability to quickly assimilate new ideas and embrace technology changes.
