This is what you will be doing
We are looking for individuals with potential for exceptional teaching performance and broad interests in financial economics. The main tasks of the candidates are teaching in the undergraduate programs, thesis supervision (bachelor theses and master theses) and teaching coordination in the (under)graduate, master and executive education programs.

We will prioritize candidates that hold a Ph.D. (completed or near completion) but are also open to lecturers with considerable teaching experience in Finance without a Ph.D at University level and candidates that can teach in Dutch. Preferably starting from April 1st 2026.

For the lecture 4 we offer part-time or full-time employment for the period of four years with a probationary period of two months. The UFO profile Docent 4 applies to this position. This position is classified in scale 10. This means a gross monthly salary between € 3,546 and € 5,538 for full-time employment (38 hours per week), excluding holiday allowance (8%) and year-end bonus (8.3%). The salary scale depends on competences and work experience.The collective bargaining agreement of Dutch universities applies.
