Support Analyst
Salary- £28,608 - £32,089 per annum

About the Role
- We have an exciting opportunity within Digital Technologies for a Support Analyst. You will be responsible for providing second line technical support for enterprise level applications which are fundamental to the student journey here at NTU.
- Working within the Application Specialist team, you will be assigned to a specific product portfolio where you will learn the application to a detailed level, but it is expected that you will support the applications across all of the team's product portfolios. Excellent communication skills are critical to the success of this role.
- You will also get the opportunity to work closely with specialists, business users, developers, DBA’s and software suppliers, staying up to date with new features and support the use of the systems around key life-cycle activities.
- If you enjoy investigating and diagnosing issues, interested in finding and implementing solutions in a timely and professional manner, then this role could be just for you. You will also be involved in upgrades and continuous improvement activity and provide valuable advice to our user community.
- The portfolios that you are likely to work in are:
- Virtual learning environment eco-system
- Timetabling and student engagement applications
- Student records systems for both Higher Education and Further Education

Please note that this is not a remote working role. The current expectation is that you will work at least 60% of your time per week on campus in Nottingham, UK.
