Job Title: Art & Design Lecturer (Variable Hours)

Location: Stanmore, London

Salary: £25-30 per hour

About Us: Protocol are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking educational institution located in Stanmore, London. We pride ourselves on fostering creativity and innovation in our students, and we are looking for a passionate Art & Design Lecturer to join our team on a variable hours basis.

Job Description: As an Art & Design Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students. You will inspire and engage students through creative and innovative teaching methods, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Art & Design.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Support students in developing their artistic skills and creativity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject area and educational best practices.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students as needed.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Art & Design or a related field.
  • Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) is desirable.
  • Experience in teaching Art & Design at various levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours as required.
