Applications are invited for the following post: Assistant Lecturer in Trumpet (Specified Purpose Pro-Rata) (Reference: 262a/2024) TU Dublin Conservatoire is seeking to appoint an Assistant Lecturer in Trumpet on a specified purpose pro rata basis.

The successful candidate(s) will contribute strongly to teaching, particularly across the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes delivered in the Conservatoire.
Candidates should have a proven track record of research and scholarly activities, specifically in Trumpet pedagogy, which will support the research and scholarly activities of the Conservatoire.
An industry background and familiarisation with modern teaching methods would be advantageous.
Hours of Work: This is a specified purpose, pro-rata post.
In addition to teaching hours (4.5 or 6 hours per week), attendance is required from Monday to Friday during the general working hours of the School and Faculty.
Location: The post will be based at one of the TU Dublin Campuses i.e.
Grangegorman (Parkhouse), Blanchardstown or Tallaght.
