Are you passionate about technology and education Our client is looking for an Associate Lecturer to join their Disruptive Learning team and support the development of apprentices who are already making an impact in the workplace.

The Role
As an Associate Lecturer, you'll bring your expertise in DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, AI, Infrastructure, Networking, or App Development to life in the classroom. Your teaching will help apprentices build their skills and confidence, ensuring they thrive in their careers.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive sessions every Wednesday as part of their apprenticeship programme.
- Support learners in applying technology skills to real-world challenges.
- Work alongside industry partners to ensure course content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered.
What They're Looking For:
- Professional experience in at least one of the key areas (DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, AI, Infrastructure, Networking, or App Development).
- A passion for sharing knowledge and helping others grow (previous teaching experience is welcome but not required).
- The ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, real-world applications.
- A commitment to fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.
