About the role

As part of its continuing expansion in the field of Organisations & Innovation, University College London (UCL) seeks to appoint an Associate Professor position at the UCL School of Management.

The post holder will be expected to carry out research in Organisational Behaviour, in the areas of Creativity, Diversity, and Networks. They are expected to produce publications, or other research outputs, at an internationally significant standard in terms of originality, significance, and rigour, in line with personal and School objectives agreed in the Staff Review and School planning processes.

The starting date for this post will be 01 September , or a mutually agreed upon date before or after this date.

Competitive salary (includes Market Supplements on top of basic salary).

The successful candidate will need to evidence the following in their application:

  • A PhD in Management or a related field
  • Demonstrated capability to produce publications, or other research outputs, in the fields of creativity, social networks, or diversity concerning organisational behaviour, at an internationally significant standard in terms of originality, significance and rigour
  • A record of successful supervision and mentoring of graduate students and research staff
  • Experience in teaching and programme and course development
  • A proven record of collaboration with other researchers and institutions or individuals
