About the Role
Seeking an Associate Director of Quantitative Research with a strong ad hoc research background. Ideal for someone passionate about gaming or experienced in gaming, tech, entertainment, or sports, this role focuses on leading strategic projects that shape brand strategy and optimise user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Quantitative Research Projects: Design and deliver custom research projects, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
- Strategic Client Partnership: Build and nurture client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to understand and anticipate their needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with qualitative and strategic colleagues to deliver well-rounded insights addressing complex business challenges.
- Independent Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project timelines, resources, and deliverables with a high degree of autonomy.
- International Exposure: Collaborate with global clients, especially across the US and Europe, bringing a broad perspective to each project.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 6+ years in quantitative research with a focus on ad hoc projects; experience with gaming, tech, or entertainment clients is highly preferred, or a strong personal interest in gaming.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in complex data analysis, with the ability to derive strategic insights from large datasets.
- Client Management: Skilled in cultivating client relationships and delivering high-quality strategic recommendations.
- Self-Motivated: Thrives in a remote environment, with a proactive and autonomous work style.
- Passion for Gaming and Entertainment: A genuine enthusiasm for the gaming industry, with the ability to connect deeply with clients and projects in this space.
