Associate Researcher
We are currently looking for a Research Associate to join a leading biopharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area. As the Research Associate, you will be responsible for driving innovative antibody projects forward from the laboratory.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Research Associate will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. You will be supporting immunisation-based antibody discovery within a team environment.
2. As the Research Associate you will perform antibody binding assays using flow cytometry and ELISA.
3. You will carry out mammalian cell transfections and cell culture.
4. As the Research Associate you will generate mRNA-LNP as a reagent for immunisation.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Antibody Discovery Scientist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related Biological Science.
2. Proven industry experience in antibody discovery or related fields.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, and ELISA.
