About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Lecturer to join our team for a temporary assignment starting immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Business level 3 BTEC and T- levels or Accounting T Level. This position will be part time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' progress.
- Develop and update curriculum materials to meet the needs of learners.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and achievements.
- Support students in their personal and academic development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant qualification in Business or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards one.
- Experience in teaching Business Marketing and Management & Accounting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Familiarity with the latest educational technology and teaching methods.
