Purpose of the role:
Overall responsibility for candidate research and marketing mapping across four different disciplines. The role will require the individual to add, update and cleanse data from LinkedIn, Company Websites and job search engines to ensure that CRM is up to date and accurate.
This role will suit an individual who is pro-active and wants to take ownership of the candidate research function. The business leaders see this role as key to the future growth of their desks and represent an excellent time to be joining the firm as it really will allow someone to make a tangible impact.
Key responsibilities:
CRM Management, Oversight and Data Entry:
- Add new candidates onto the CRM database, extracting data from LinkedIn, job search engines and inbound enquiries
- Ensuring that the inputted data is accurate and complete (I.e. including full names, email addresses/contact details, job titles, business area and other relevant information)
- Monitor, review and update the CRM to remove duplicate entries, invalid data or outdated information
- Create client profiles; ensuring key contacts are listed along with publicly available contact information (email address, phone number, job titles
- Research available search engines (LinkedIn, Job search portals) to ensure that the profile data is up to date (i.e. candidate or client hasn't moved companies, updated contact details)
- Oversee, monitor and manage data from outbound marketing (monthly and quarterly newsletters), events hosted by One Ten Associates to track forward and ensure regular follow ups by the team
- Responsibility for uploading and overseeing job adverts on LinkedIn, eFinancialCareers and other job search engines
Skills / Experience required:
- Experience in using and managing CRM systems – Bullhorn or Loxo would be advantageous
- Knowledge of researching candidates in either finance, operations, compliance or legal disciplines would be advantageous but not essential
- Proficiency with LinkedIn in relation to researching and sourcing candidates
- Experience of using job search engines/CV databases (e.g. eFinancialCareers)
- Attention to detail to ensure that the data within the CRM is accurate
- A self-starter; having the confidence and ability to manage the CRM without constant oversight/direction
- Strong communication skills, displaying the ability/confidence to work with the wider team and being able to confidently communicate the outcomes of searches, raise issues where needed and suggest improvements
