CASUAL WELDING LECTURER
Hours: Evenings – negotiable between 3 hours and 15 hours per week, depending on demand
Salary: £32.27 or £28.81 per hour depending on qualifications
•Qualified to level 3 in MIG, TIG and ARC welding processes.
•Can weld plate and pipe in a variety of positions

This is a teaching role which involves workshop learning, your priority will be to engage and inspire our students to achieve their full potential. On a typical evening you will be:
• Demonstrating and teaching practical skills in our Welding workshop
• Plate welding lap welds, fillet welds, open corner welds in a variety of weld positions
• Pipe welding 1G,2G, 5G, 6G in all welding processes
• Carry out destructive testing of students completed welds
