Clinical Research Assistant EAP Program Associate

Role:

Apivotal role within each Client EAP Program team, the role ofProgram Associate supports the Program Manager, Program Directorand wider cross functional team with all aspects of the day to dayfunctioning of the EAP Program. The Program associate will be a keypoint of contact for clients on a day to day basis and willinteract regularly with the cross functional team to ensure allprogram metrics remain on track.

This role provides the opportunities to learnthe fundamentals of EAP Program management for individuals lookingto progress into a Program Management role or develop their careerswithin the wider UnipharPharma business

Responsibilities:
*Maintaining and updating project plans and ensuring the Program isrunning to time and schedule
* Undertakes all aspects ofClient onboarding administration liaising with colleagues inquality, finance and legal to ensure all activities are in placeprior to program go live
* Organizes weekly client callsincluding working with the Program Manager to set clear meetingagendas, note taking and timely provision of minutes and actions toclients
* Supports with day to day client queries andescalates and follows up internally to ensure appropriate andtimely answers are provided
* Works closely with theProgram co-ordinator team to track and understand the status of HCPenquires, requests and orders. Is able to provide weekly updates toClients during weekly meetings
* Tracking of all monthlyreporting, inventory and maintains budget forecast for provision toclients
* Produces monthly reports for clients aside theProgram Manager
* Supports client invoicing at end ofmonth
* Deputizes for Program Manager in periods ofabsence or leave

CandidateRequirements

  • Educatedto degree level ideally in a life sciencesdiscipline
  • Competent with Microsoft Office andable to easily navigate Power point, Excel andWord
  • Good written and communication skills andcapable of independently managing straight forward communicationswith clients
  • A desire to build a career withinthe Pharmaceutical industry and a keenness to learn the basis ofthe interesting yet sometimes complex world of ExpandedAccess
  • These should be a mix of technicalskills (i.e. specific skills required to succeed) and behavioralskills (i.e. communication, attitude etc.)
  • Mustbe able to undertake reasonable levels of travel to satisfyinternal requirements and clientrequirements

Howwe'd like to work together

As we are a global team, there is flexibilityto be based in one of Uniphar's offices or work from home. Theremay be a need for face to face meetings in other locations, asneeded. There may also some flexibility required in order tointeract with colleagues or clients in their time zones (i.e. it'snot a '9 to 5' type of job).
