Construction Lecturer
Protocol are working closely with a Further Education Colleges based in the West Yorkshire area in their search for experienced Lecturers, Tutors and Trainers to deliver your subject specialisms students across a range of levels in the following subject area's:
- Electrical engineering skills coach/ assessor
Electrical installation skills coach/assessor
Mechanical engineering skills coach /assessor
Motor vehicle skills coach
Carpentry and joinery skills coach/ assessor
The roles
Within our positions you will be working within the colleges departments, supporting, teaching, training and assessing students on their courses of study. You will be responsible for delivering education and training to high standards along with preparing student materials, assessing and marking student work and carrying out student tutorials and assessments to ensure each student is achieving their best during their time in the college.
The person
We are therefore seeking individuals that are passionate about teaching and that have relevant experience in both educational and industry fields. The individual will also have experience working with students or apprentices either in a college or an educational setting whilst being upbeat, motivational and knowledgeable in the subject area in order to educate and inspire learners.
Have you got what it takes?
- A level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
- A teaching qualification and/or Assessors award
- Experience delivering to learners normally up to level 3
