DN Colleges Group are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Counselling Lecturer to join our team. If you have a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success, we want to hear from you!

As a Counselling Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students. You will lead and deliver engaging counselling programmes, ensuring that each student receives the support and guidance they need to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Innovative Teaching: Deliver high-quality lessons using a variety of teaching methods, including blended learning and tutorials.
  • Student Support: Provide personalised guidance, coaching, and mentoring to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
  • Curriculum Development: Create and develop engaging learning materials and contribute to the continuous improvement of our counselling programmes.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Use effective assessment methods to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and external partners to enhance the student learning experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A relevant Counselling qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • A teaching qualification or a willingness to achieve one within an agreed timescale.
  • Experience in the counselling field and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of teaching and learning.

This role is permanent, full time (35.5 hours per week)
