We are working with a rapidly growing market research platform, expanding their team as they go through a significant growth period. This is a new role in their customer success function where you'll be hands on in analysing qualitative and quantitative data.


Your Responsibilities:


The Customer Success Research Manager Will Have The Following Responsibilities:

  • Deliver insights to customers and act as the key point of contact for day to day queries
  • Analyse data pulled from clients, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Develop routine reports for clients
  • Develop and manage customer relationships
  • Act as the voice of the product and ambassador of the brand, helping with road mapping and data analysis
  • Work with internal AI powered tools


Your Skills And Experience


The ideal Customer Success Manager will have:

  • Strong background working with market research
  • Experience working with both qual and quant market research experience
  • Great communicator
  • Experience working for a research platform beneficial
