We are working with a rapidly growing market research platform, expanding their team as they go through a significant growth period. This is a new role in their customer success function where you'll be hands on in analysing qualitative and quantitative data.

Your Responsibilities:

The Customer Success Research Manager Will Have The Following Responsibilities: Deliver insights to customers and act as the key point of contact for day to day queries Analyse data pulled from clients, both qualitative and quantitative Develop routine reports for clients Develop and manage customer relationships Act as the voice of the product and ambassador of the brand, helping with road mapping and data analysis Work with internal AI powered tools

Your Skills And Experience

The ideal Customer Success Manager will have: Strong background working with market research Experience working with both qual and quant market research experience Great communicator Experience working for a research platform beneficial
