  • Be part of integrated research & design teams tackling everything from transforming the day-to-day experiences of foster carers to redesigning the mobile experience of one of the UK’s biggest banks

  • Have the freedom to search for answers from across disciplines and methods - from anthropology to HCI and deep qualitative research to quant usability testing
  • Shape engaging future experiences built on customer and business insight, technological possibilities, and strategic priorities
  • Help us take our practice to the next level, establish best practices and connecting with the broader research & design community


We would like you to…


  • Have 3-4 years’ professional experience involving strategic research and service design (even if not by title)
  • Be a problem solver at heart— curious about tackling complex challenges and experimenting with different approaches to reach interesting solutions
  • Have experience in developing strategic recommendations for projects like customer strategy, proposition development, product/service design, marketing
  • Be comfortable facilitating and navigating many user and stakeholder viewpoints to synthesise an insightful or provocative viewpoint or direction
  • Define and shape customer journeys across channels and touchpoints in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Have plenty of experience with qualitative research techniques including most of the following: interviews, participant observation, online diaries, projective techniques, literature reviews
  • Be a clear communicator in client-facing sessions, and an adept facilitator of workshops
  • Be bold with ideas that challenge the ordinary, and the drive to bring them to life
  • Have a ‘here to help’ attitude, with the fundamental belief that we’re better together
  • Be fluent in English – other languages are a bonus!
