Lecturer in Electrical Apprenticeships
Salary: from £31,000 per annum
Teachig Personne are currently recruiting for a Lecturer (Teacher) of Electrical Apprenticeships for one of our partner colleges in Northamptonshire.
Lecturers here, play a pivotal role in the success of students through:
- Preparing, delivering, assessing and verifying subject specialisms on a range of courses and levels.
- Supporting and guiding students to achieve success and realise their potential.
- Managing students’ learning and provide a high quality learning experience.
- Contributing pro-actively to developments in the Centre in curriculum development and innovative teaching.
- Participating in marketing and promotion activities to support a range of programmes and learning opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have experience of working in UK Electrotechnical industry OR recent experience of teaching and assessing on a range of programmes and levels, alongside the following qualifications:
- Level 3 NVQ qualification in Electrical Installation (2357/5357 or equivalent)
- Has completed AM2/AM2S or equivalent
- To hold either the Certificate in Education or equivalent or Assessor Award
- Willingness to achieve Qualifications not held either PGCE, Certed or Assesor award
- GCSE Maths and English grade A-C or equivalent
- Willingness to achieve IQA award or similar IQA qualification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
