What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
Preparing and delivering theory and practical training for apprentices, from health and safety and installation, to fault finding and testing.Conducting practical assessmentsUpdating learner records and carrying out learner progress reviewsMonitoring attendance and learning progressFlexibility to attend other training centresRequired Skills and Qualifications:
Fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least five years' electrical experience.Full driving licenceGood IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)Good communication skillsNurturing and encouraging personProfessionalism to make a good teacherA flexible, hard-working individual who is passionate about making a differenceAbility to meet deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of teachingHappy to undergo a DBS check
My client is offering an annual salary starting at £33,000 depending on experience, for electricians with lecturing experience, the salary is increased
