- Hands-On Learning: Teach, guide, and inspire students with practical electrical demonstrations, from installations to testing and fault-finding techniques.
- Workshop Leadership: Plan and prepare practical sessions with fully equipped resources and manage the smooth running of workshops.
- Student Mentorship: Mentor and support students in their projects, ensuring they develop top-notch electrical trade skills.
- Health & Safety Champion: Promote a safe learning environment by guiding students on the correct use of tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Resource Management: Monitor and maintain electrical tools, materials, and equipment to ensure a seamless, hands-on learning experience.
