Hours: 2.5 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Term: Temp to November – likely to extend
Pay: £25 to £35 p/h

Position Overview:
BTS has an exciting opportunity for an Electronics Engineering Lecturer to join Bolton College on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young learners to follow a career in Electronics Engineering and equip them with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. You will cover the Level 3 BTEC, T-Level & Level 2 PEO syllabuses with learners and be responsible for guiding them towards success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver Electronics Engineering lessons covering the Level 3 BTEC, T-Level and Level 2 PEO syllabuses.
- Engage learners aged 16-19 with sessions covering both the practical and theoretical aspects of Electronics.
- Support students to maximise their learning opportunities and build their confidence in the subject.
- Assess student progression through appropriate methods.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience of teaching Electronics Engineering
- Degree level qualification in Electronics or associated discipline.
- Teaching qualification
