Job Advert: English and Maths Lecturer in FE SEN Provision
Location: Stamford
Duration: Initial 12-week contract
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (24 paid contact hours)
Salary: £21.57 - £23.54 per hour (plus holiday pay, dependent on qualifications)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English and Maths Lecturer to join our team within the Further Education (FE) Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision in Stamford. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in SEN to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English and Maths lessons tailored to the needs of SEN learners.
- Create inclusive and engaging learning environments that promote student achievement and confidence.
- Develop and adapt teaching materials to suit diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
- Strong knowledge of English and Maths curriculum.
- Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
