Are you passionate about live music and data? Do you excel at uncovering insights that drive strategic decisions? A leading live entertainment company is searching for a Research Director who has experience in Tableau dashboards to join their dynamic team in London.
About the Role
In this leadership position, you’ll:
- Translate data from diverse sources (e.g., surveys, ticket sales data, social media listening) into actionable insight led dashboards.
- Lead social media listening initiatives to capture trends, sentiment, and fan behavior.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders, including C-suite teams, to shape business strategies.
- Develop and execute custom research projects, blending quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Oversee a talented team of data analysts while collaborating with multiple departments to elevate fan engagement and event experiences.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in market research or consumer insights.
- Experience in building dashboards ideally in Tableau
- Familiarity with social media listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker).
- Excellent communication skills to deliver impactful insights and solutions.
- A proactive, agile mindset with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities.
