Equity Research Associate - UK equities - major bank
We are now working with a major investment bank, who are now looking to add an equity research associate to one of their their highly rated research teams. The focus will be UK companies
The role will work with one of the most successful teams and work with the senior analysts on writing equity research for their hedge funds and asset management client base.
You will work with the lead analysts on the following responsibilities:
- Writing pieces of equity research
- Speaking with clients about your recommendations
- Financial modelling, valuations, financial analysis
- Listening to newsflow, updating financial models, keeping the team up to date with developments
- Company and client visits
They are interested in meeting people who will have background as follows:
- equity analysts with other firms
- equity analysts from asset managers
- CFAs or exceptional ACAs looking to move into equity research
- great communication skills and able to get on really well with clients
The role is going to be most suitable for people with 2 - 5 years experience.
