ESOL Lecturer
Protocol is working closely with a Educational specialist to deliver ESOL Lecturers to adult learners for Pre entry level.
The role;
This role is offering 15-20 hours on a weekly and temporary basis.
Multiple roles across Liverpool,Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
You will be working within the ESOL department, supporting, teaching, training and assessing ESOL students on their courses of study.
We are therefore seeking individuals that are passionate about ESOL and that have relevant experience in both educational and industry fields. The individual will also have experience working with students or apprentices either in a college or an educational setting whilst being upbeat, motivational, and knowledgeable in the subject area in order to educate and inspire learners.
Have you got what it takes?
- Teaching qualification (PCGE, CertEd, DET or equivalent), level 5 specialism and ideally have IQA and Assessor qualifications;
- Experience of design and implementation of innovative learning, schemes of work and lesson plans;
- Strong working knowledge of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF);
- Experience in a range of initial assessment and diagnostic tools;
- A thorough understanding of RARPA as well as the EIF and the quality processes that underpin your delivery;
- Experience of working with adults in hard-to-reach areas who may face multiple barriers to education;
- A strong team work ethic. We like to collaborate and support each other;
